CEO AND FOUNDER

Ms. Denise Johnson holds a Master of Management Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management with specialization in E-commerce and E-marketing.

Her background is in customer service management and as such, she is a former Hotel General Manager, having managed an independent hotel in The Bahamas, she is fully aware of and relates to the critical role that e-commerce and e-marketing play in improving room occupancy.

Ms. Johnson brings all of her expertise including some 12 years experience in Hospitality and Tourism Management and Marketing, with 4 years full-time experience in Online Marketing and Training.

HMMS is one of the leaders, locally, in the delivery of all Solutions related to E-Marketing including;

  • E-Marketing Services and Training,
  • Channel Management and
  • Revenue Management and Web-based Booking.

Her latest and monumental addition to the company, proudly, is Tourism Technology Development. Ms. Johnson asserts that the business stands comparable to none in the country, with this industry driving component. Currently, the use of partnering systems allows our team to focus on more substantial developments that are 100% Bahamian owned. It is our goal, however, for all of our systems to be “Home-grown”.

Hospitality Marketing & Management Solutions offer services which are pivotal in the delivery of Marketing 2.0 strategies. These services are designed to re-establish, rebrand and redefine small business entities, initially of The Bahamas Tourism Industry and futuristically the entire Caribbean region and beyond.
